These days, such HD models are quite rare. They are not as common on public roads. Instead, they idle in all kinds of museums.
Harley-Davidson WLA is based on a more popular motorcycle model developed for civilian uses. This one was built around World War II, but it was also produced by particular specifications coming from the army. Of course, there are also a few enthusiasts out there who choose to restore them and keep them in the best possible shape. The one in this video is clearly restored. However, the rider also performs a trick by riding on one side and keeping the sidecar in the air.
